Plain answers

Before you
send the job.

The common questions. If yours is different, send photos and ask it straight.

Do you still do small residential jobs?

Yes. TV mounting, cable hiding, antenna faults, extra TV points, data points, Wi‑Fi improvements and home theatre tidy-ups are normal work.

Do you install Starlink and improve home Wi‑Fi?

Yes. Starlink mounting and setup, practical cable routing, wired data points, access-point placement and Wi‑Fi coverage improvements can be scoped. Any new mains-power work is completed by a licensed electrician.

What should I send for a quote?

Your suburb, a short description and a few clear photos. For larger rooms, include the site, room type, current equipment and deadline.

Do you work in schools and education spaces?

Yes. Classrooms, teaching walls, halls, theatres and shared learning spaces sit inside our Commercial & Education service.

What does QR Training include?

Room-specific quick-start videos, QR labels, hosted guides, system documentation and an update path so the material stays useful.

Do you service existing theatre and venue systems?

Yes. Fault finding, audio, lighting, projection, rigging, curtains, maintenance and operator support can all be scoped.

What antenna and roof mount do you use?

For many metro tin-roof jobs we use an Australian Digital Log Antenna with a standard 1.1 m tin-roof mount fixed to existing battens where site conditions allow. Final hardware depends on the roof and signal conditions.
